Well this week has been a little depressing. I am no longer being pampered in the Caribbean sun. Nobody turns my bed down and leaves mints on my pillow. If I want to eat I have to cook. My children want me to get up at a reasonable hour and care for them. Life is rough.
Corby and I had a great time last week on a cruise in the Caribbean with Bud and Katie Greenwood and 12 couples in our ward. I hear church was a little empty last Sunday:) We left on February 9 and returned February 16. Our ports were Roatan Honduras, Belize City, Cozumel and the Bahamas.
Highlights:
Roatan: We went to Gumbalimba Park and went on a kayaking and snorkeling with Bud and Katie. The kayaks were clear so we could see the marine life beneath us. We went for a walk down the beach and checked out some real estate before we had to get back to the ship. Anybody interested in going in on a condo in a tropical paradise?
Belize: Cave tubing and Rainforest canopy zip line with most of our group.
Cozumel: Swimming with dolphins with Bud, Katie, Pete and Stefanie. I don't have any pictures of this yet, but I will post as soon as I get some. We got to hold onto Marte's (our dolphin) pectoral fin and go for a ride. He also pushed our feet while we were holding onto a boogie board, no waves necessary. This was so cool!
Bahamas: We went to Norwegian's private island and enjoyed volleyball, snorkeling and a few rounds of cards. Not a bad way to spend a day.

We enjoyed great food, dancing and serious karaoke. Corby and Bud were backup dancers for Pete as he sang "Oops I did it Again", I haven't laughed that hard in a long time.
A Huge thanks to Mom, Marianne, Ashlee and the McArthurs for watching the little ones. Now if I can just get Bergen to stop freaking out everytime I take her from Ashlee. I know she loves me, she just doesn't remember:)

You have a blog! I am sorry about Bergen's crying fits but really thats just how people react to me. I am kinda like the Beatles :) And she does love you she just likes to make me feel good!
So I am so happy you finally updated your blog. Good job. First and foremost... I LOVE the gold dress. You look stunning in it. I tried to enlarge that picture and my computer would not let me. Second of all you are so trim and fit. You look awesome! And third of all.... ah I do not blame you for being a little depressed now that you are out of the tropical sun. I am depressed just looking at your pictures wishing I was there. It looks like you guys had a blast. Next time Jathan and I are coming! Love your bunz!
this looks and sounds amazing! I need to tell Dan about this cruise - he is dying to get me out to Honduras. And, you look like one hot mama. I don't understand how your body has birthed three babies?? I'm hoping thats a Latimer gene, and that I have it!
Hi Carolyn! I also just got back from a cruise to the Bahamas, but I have to say that your trip looked like a lot more fun. I had a great time, but a baby sure can limit the activities you do! You look great! And yes, I hear you loud and clear about the cooking food and doing dishes now that we're back. What a drag!
I'd go in on a condo in Hondo anyday! I am just incredibly poor it might be awhile! Let's try and talk to the old man! And see if he is up for the investment!
Well, I'M jealous! Looks like a lot of fun! By the way, I love your sweaters you made. You are truly amazing! I love all your hats you've made, too. How fun to have such a hobby!
How fun! You made me want to go on vacation, or any excuse to go visit my parents in the Bahamas. Ha! But that will obviously have to wait until Maddie is older. How long were you docked in the Bahamas? Is it okay to link to your blog from mine? You look really good!
